The policy requires that all the registered vendors act fairly and lawfully on ISHAURA.IN to ensure a safe buying and selling experience.
All vendors must:
- You shall provide valid and accurate information to ISHAURA.IN and BUYERS at any time.
- You shall not attempt any misbehave/ damage/abuse to another vendor, their listings or ratings.
- You shall not attempt any influenced/altered customers ratings, feedback or ratings.
- You shall not use any self-promotional tape/sticker/material on packaging.
- You shall provide adequate and legitimate features and descriptions of the product.
- You shall accept replacements, refund and returns within 5 days.
- You shall not host/ display/ upload/ modify/ publish or share any information which is not legitimate or have copyrights to any other seller/ vendor.
- You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable documentation.
- You shall not use any language/ content that is racist/ hateful or obscene in nature.
- You shall have proper and legitimate authorized documentation to sell any products you are going to list.
